Our Team
Our Veterans Services team is composed of trained professionals who understand the unique challenges faced by veterans, including transitions from military service, complex health and behavioral needs, housing instability, and system navigation. We work collaboratively with veterans, their families, and partner organizations to provide person-centered support, service coordination, advocacy, and follow-through—ensuring no veteran is left navigating systems alone.
